Physicians have been writing letters and lobbying Congress and the Senate this week to urge our representatives to put a halt to the 10.1% cut in Medicare disbursements that was scheduled to go into effect on January 1. That rate cut would be devastating to physicians practices and subsequently, to their patients. We were relieved to discover on 12-20 that our lobbying was successful, and the rate decrease has been postponed.
If Medicare disbursements decrease as Medicaid's has done, you may find more and more physicians refusing to take Medicare just as many have refused to take Medicaid.
However, why do I feel like we're putting a band-aid on a festering skin cancer?
My town of Zanesville, Ohio, has recently Erected a brand new spacious Social Security Administration office - a very elegant band-aid on this cancer indeed.
Despite the appearance, Medicare and Social Security are inevitably headed for a cliff of economic bankruptcy. The General Accounting Office of the u.S. government has warned of the coming fiscal collapse, if we continue with the status quo.
Some taxpayer groups are fearful of Medicare bankrupting as early as 2019.
Social Security will start running a deficit in 2017, and with the use of the Social Security,
"Trust Fund" its due to bankrupt by 2041; however, one of the dirty little secrets in Washington is that the Social Security, "Trust Fund" is full of I.O.U.'s from this and previous generations of representatives who have spent our retirement money,
for "pork" projects back in their districts to get themselves re-elected....
We, our parents, and our grandparents have been defrauded by generations of : Self-Serving, near-sited representatives; who appear to only care about the crisis preceding the next election. The government cannot afford to fulfill its promises, and the politicians are not making the changes necessary to fulfill those promises. They're counting on not being in office when the citizenry awakens, and want to imprison those responsible for the theft.
The date predicted for the bankruptcy of Medicare doesn't even take into account the recently-passed Medicare drug entitlement program, which Presidential candidate Ron Paul has called the largest government entitlement program since Lyndon Johnson's "Great Society." Bankruptcy is probably coming sooner than estimated. I and my generation of taxpayers will pay their whole lives into a bureaucratic system that cannot, or, Will not fulfill its promises. Most of us don't realize how much of our income goes to these bureaucracies. Look at your next Pay Check Stub, and realize how much of your income this year has gone to Excessive Taxes and Social Security, .... !!!!
Now, imagine that money instead being Diverted to subsidies for wealthy business owners of : "Cowgirl Museums", NHS studies on the sexual habits of : Prostitutes, Politicians,
Bureaucratic, Communistic Designed Condoms distributed by: Planned Parent Hood , CPS, CSB, for your kids in public elementary schools, forced abortions and bailouts of failing billion dollar corporations who'd rather exploit the taxpayer than cut costs to remain solvent.
Do you actually think that you're going to get real money back when you retire? If retirement is around the corner for you, maybe, but are you willing to bankrupt your
grandchildren just so that we can continue the status quo?
What must happen to keep these socialist programs alive?
For Medicare, either disbursements to physicians and hospitals must be drastically cut,
or , health-care professionals must settle with what they're given.
This will, of course, result in fewer physicians who are willing to get paid less and less for
the same amount of work, they do, or Medicare patients will suffer from inadequate care.
This may increase the public outcry for government takeover of the health-care industry,
which will ultimately result in even more expense, inefficiency, and waste of time and
resources..... Another option to remedy the socialistic programs is to increase tax rates
to pay for them. Can you imagine our grandchildren paying 60%, 65%, 75% or More of
their income on taxes? It's hard to fathom, but no more so than it had to have been for our
great-grandparents to imagine the rates that we are presently, and wrongly, forced to
pay... Another thing we can do to save these bureaucratic programs is to increase the age
at which we qualify for Medicare and Social Security ; so that fewer Americans live long
enough to enjoy it. We could definitely afford social security, if you had to be 90+ years
old before you could get it! Another likely alternative: physician-assisted suicide will be
legalized to shore up social security for another fifty years. How could a Supreme Court
who has repeatedly justified the killing of unborn children in the womb resist the arguments
for physician-assisted suicide based upon the same criteria: they're unwanted, unloved, we
can't afford them, and who's to say when life begins or ends anyway? It's a "choice"
between the family and their doctor, right? It may be wrong for you to kill grandma to get
her inheritance, early ; but "Who Cares", "Who Decides"?
Sound Familiar? ....
The Republicans have thrown some sugary rhetoric to the taxpayers supporting the
privatization of the duties of these bureaucracies to give the impression that they are
more fiscally responsible than the Democrats, but what did they do in six years of
majority leadership? The Republicans also insist ; they are pro-life; yet for all the
rhetoric and the Right-to-Life endorsements, the mutilation of children continues.
All their rhetoric aside, most all the Republican front-runners in the Presidential race -
with the exception of Ron Paul - plan to continue the "status quo", if elected....
The trillion-dollar fraud continues to be perpetrated upon the American people.
The bureaucrats continue to rape our bank accounts and our posterity for their personal
power and gain. Our congressional representatives are inept, because we are.....!
Study : Hosea 4:6,.... Closely....
Is there another option besides, perpetuating the wasteful fraud ; which, we were tricked
into by greedy bureaucrats? Yes! Stop perpetuating it! Why won't we learn the lessons
from the failure of Communism in the U.S.S.R.? Has that same Communism
moved here and Corrupted our land our Courts and our Politicians ? Get the
government out of: Real Churches, Health-care and Welfare, and let private enterprise,
capitalism, and Charity meet the demand. Let taxpayers keep their own money and save
it or spend it as they see fit.
If they want to put their savings into a Godless government bureaucracy in
hopes the promises of Medicare and Social Security will be fulfilled, let them. But, if
they'd rather put their earnings in proven, supervised, trustworthy, competitive accounts or
investments, or spend the money on less expensive health-care insurance policies that
provide better benefits, they should be free to do so. My God Help us, and Let us regain
our freedoms !.... Some proponents of the socialist system are concerned that free
Americans wouldn't take care of themselves, or of each other. What if Americans don't
take the money saved by disbanding the wasteful bureaucracies and invest it or save it for
their retirement? What if Americans don't take care of the poor through voluntary Charity?
But if we want to forcibly deprive Americans of their wealth - upon pain of fine, prison, or
property confiscation - to suckle the poor and care for the elderly through bureaucratic
programs, shouldn't we at least take notice that the teats are drying up? While the
opportunity to fail is the price of liberty, I'm convinced that most Americans will taking
care of themselves and each other, and with much better stewardship and
accountability than the present socialistic bureaucracy.
Privatizing the duties of these bureaucracies can help restore our freedom over our own
health and future, and is compatible with better stewardship over our resources.
We are fools, if we continue to trust big government, with its grandiose, impractical
promises, to care for us from the cradle to an early grave. We are also cruel to our
children. Imagine, if you will, how the public will respond, if and when the government
admits that they cannot afford to keep their promises without drastically raising taxes or
drastically lowering the quality of benefits? Do you think that the public is just going to let
it die and return to an economic system of caring for the elderly that we had before Social
Security and Medicare, when charity and families cared for their elderly and infirmed?
With our aging population, and with our learned reliance upon the government to fix
whatever ails us, you know what's going to happen.
We'll vote for more : Socialistic-Communism!!!
We'll vote for more government control over our lives.
We'll vote for a government which will confiscate all of our wealth and redistribute it in
order to keeps its promises, "to some of The Elite".
When a democracy leaves the principles of liberty and abandons its Contracted
Constitutional limitations, as ours has, 51% will, sooner or later, exploit the other 49%.
Our children will wind up enslaved for our carelessness.
Isms such as, Socialism, Communism, and tyranny-isms do not come suddenly
They come one lying politician, one covetous voter, one sin at a time.
We must return to the principles of liberty, as found in the Bible, and in our Constitution, or
we will not long be free, we will loose all of our God given Rights .

A condensed version of this article was placed as letters to the editor in the Zanesville Times Recorder and the Coshocton Tribune on December 30, 2007. These are the primary newspapers within the district in which I am running for State Representative. Although I titled these articles, "Fixing Social Security and Medicare," they instead decided to WRONGLY title it :
"Candidate wishes to end social security and medicare."
The newspaper editors were in error - I do not want to end Social Security or Medicare.
I want to privatize it. It is inevitable that it is ending on its own, heading for a cliff of economic bankruptcy. I want to fix the problem before millions of Americans are let down by the failures of these bureaucracies. I want to expose the lie that the "Trust Fund" will keep us afloat.
I want to end government mismanagement of our money and promote the return to Our Constitutional Principles of liberty-particularly our God-Given Rights to our own Wealth and Property-as a remedy for this, (Contrived-Abusive+Failed), government.

skilled and sly at manipulating, and controlling the truth to everyone....
You just can't really build huge Sky-Scrapers with your name atop'em and be honest or fair
with all your clients.... You can bet many got nothing for their money... ???
any spend-downs or deductibles for necessary care or Rx meds...
Making the disabled or retired do so is, disrespectful, an insult and just plain wrong....
The insurance cartels have exercised excessive manipulation of Medicare, Medicaid,
HMO's , etc.... They have amassed huge fortunes; while using patients, Doctors, and some
hospitals they don't own, as the "Fall guys",.... Their Manipulations via: PPO's is little more
than their way of turning the Medical Profession into nothing more than highly educated
worker bees ; which they can starve out any time they wish for any reason and or no valid
reason other than, they just don't want to pay,em... Then as the professional skills
improve the insurance companies generally want to pay less and less and they convince
Medicare,.... to do the same.... then the medical professionals begin to ask?
Where is the incentive, to be creative, to develop EXPENSIVE ADVANCED SKILLS,
which require extensive time sacrificed and money to acquire?
Bureaucratic Processes, often back-fire and take their tool on humans and resources !!!
They encourage mediocre care, mediocre efforts, mediocre morale, and you may get
mediocre results. Insurance Company's HMOs have frequently prevailed, on medicare....
to pay far-less than required; to service the number of patients allocated in the
population,.... "First Come First Served" .... Sounds Good ; but, if you come when the
supply runs out ; You could suffer, no matter how bad you need the services or
supply,.....!!!! You may call your HMO's phone # , and if God chooses to help you; you
might live long enough to listen to their entire lengthy recorded message which refers
you to another Phone # , or tells you to call them back during normal business hours
next week or after the holidays, and then you'll probably get a lengthy recorded message
that refers you to another lengthy recorded message; that message may tell you that due
to large calling volumes you may be responded to, in the order you called; if, you can
remain on the line for an undisclosed length of time or simply call back next week or next
month or next year....?

Our Government just needs to build Bigger, Faster, Printers for Our Government Mints;
Not just Palatial Buildings for: SS Administration, etc, for mass psychological appearance
sake... Our governmental leaders should have the justice in them to tell those Lands our
Troops occupy ; Justly so, we are now their new Land-Lords, and they are going to pay us
dearly for the American lives we have invested or lost; because of our involvement with
them. Americans and The ABUSED American-Tax-Payers are not supposed to be
SUCKERS !!! We are not masochists, and we DEMAND Value for our efforts , and
irreplaceable losses!!! Every American Should DEMAND REPARATIONS,....

$40.oo/Barrel... The Banksters have long-been International Liars !!! Tell'em fess-up !!!
Military Munitions and Weapons should not Cost Tax-Payers Trillions !!!
Tell the manufacturers we are going to do to them what we did to Doctors, Patients &
Hospitals,... We are just going to Pay'em Pennies on the Dollar from now on, and "You're
going to like it, a lot" !... and the quality had better improve, with value added services; or
they'll find their administrative staff on the front lines of the conflict along with the Executive
Banksters and the Pork-Barrel-Bureaucrats from D.C.; with their sons and daughters right
on the front lines, and in harms way.... Those who gouge the most should be sent into
battle first with the equipment, they produced ; good or bad,.... Enough of them would be
chosen and sent to make an example for the rest....

Physicians have been writing letters and lobbying Congress and the Senate this week to urge our representatives to put a halt to the 10.1% cut in Medicare disbursements that was scheduled to go into effect on January 1. That rate cut would be devastating to physicians practices and subsequently, to their patients. We were relieved to discover on 12-20 that our lobbying was successful, and the rate decrease has been postponed.
If Medicare disbursements decrease as Medicaid's has done, you may find more and more physicians refusing to take Medicare just as many have refused to take Medicaid.
However, why do I feel like we're putting a band-aid on a festering skin cancer?
My town of Zanesville, Ohio, has recently Erected a brand new spacious Social Security Administration office - a very elegant band-aid on this cancer indeed.
Despite the appearance, Medicare and Social Security are inevitably headed for a cliff of economic bankruptcy. The General Accounting Office of the u.S. government has warned of the coming fiscal collapse, if we continue with the status quo.
Some taxpayer groups are fearful of Medicare bankrupting as early as 2019.
Social Security will start running a deficit in 2017, and with the use of the Social Security,
"Trust Fund" its due to bankrupt by 2041; however, one of the dirty little secrets in Washington is that the Social Security, "Trust Fund" is full of I.O.U.'s from this and previous generations of representatives who have spent our retirement money,
for "pork" projects back in their districts to get themselves re-elected....
We, our parents, and our grandparents have been defrauded by generations of : Self-Serving, near-sited representatives; who appear to only care about the crisis preceding the next election. The government cannot afford to fulfill its promises, and the politicians are not making the changes necessary to fulfill those promises. They're counting on not being in office when the citizenry awakens, and want to imprison those responsible for the theft.
The date predicted for the bankruptcy of Medicare doesn't even take into account the recently-passed Medicare drug entitlement program, which Presidential candidate Ron Paul has called the largest government entitlement program since Lyndon Johnson's "Great Society." Bankruptcy is probably coming sooner than estimated. I and my generation of taxpayers will pay their whole lives into a bureaucratic system that cannot, or, Will not fulfill its promises. Most of us don't realize how much of our income goes to these bureaucracies. Look at your next Pay Check Stub, and realize how much of your income this year has gone to Excessive Taxes and Social Security, .... !!!!
Now, imagine that money instead being Diverted to subsidies for wealthy business owners of : "Cowgirl Museums", NHS studies on the sexual habits of : Prostitutes, Politicians,
Bureaucratic, Communistic Designed Condoms distributed by: Planned Parent Hood , CPS, CSB, for your kids in public elementary schools, forced abortions and bailouts of failing billion dollar corporations who'd rather exploit the taxpayer than cut costs to remain solvent.
Do you actually think that you're going to get real money back when you retire?
If retirement is around the corner for you, maybe, but are you willing to bankrupt your
grandchildren just so that we can continue the status quo?
What must happen to keep these socialist programs alive?
For Medicare, either disbursements to physicians and hospitals must be drastically cut,
or , health-care professionals must settle with what they're given.
This will, of course, result in fewer physicians who are willing to get paid less and less for
the same amount of work, they do, or Medicare patients will suffer from inadequate care.
This may increase the public outcry for government takeover of the health-care industry,
which will ultimately result in even more expense, inefficiency, and waste of time and
resources..... Another option to remedy the socialistic programs is to increase tax rates
to pay for them. Can you imagine our grandchildren paying 60%, 65%, 75% or More of
their income on taxes? It's hard to fathom, but no more so than it had to have been for our
great-grandparents to imagine the rates that we are presently, and wrongly, forced to
pay... Another thing we can do to save these bureaucratic programs is to increase the age
at which we qualify for Medicare and Social Security ; so that fewer Americans live long
enough to enjoy it. We could definitely afford social security, if you had to be 90+ years
old before you could get it! Another likely alternative: physician-assisted suicide will be
legalized to shore up social security for another fifty years. How could a Supreme Court
who has repeatedly justified the killing of unborn children in the womb resist the arguments
for physician-assisted suicide based upon the same criteria: they're unwanted, unloved, we
can't afford them, and who's to say when life begins or ends anyway? It's a "choice"
between the family and their doctor, right? It may be wrong for you to kill grandma to get
her inheritance, early ; but "Who Cares", "Who Decides"?
Sound Familiar? ....
The Republicans have thrown some sugary rhetoric to the taxpayers supporting the
privatization of the duties of these bureaucracies to give the impression that they are
more fiscally responsible than the Democrats, but what did they do in six years of
majority leadership? The Republicans also insist ; they are pro-life; yet for all the
rhetoric and the Right-to-Life endorsements, the mutilation of children continues.
All their rhetoric aside, most all the Republican front-runners in the Presidential race -
with the exception of Ron Paul - plan to continue the "status quo", if elected....
The trillion-dollar fraud continues to be perpetrated upon the American people.
The bureaucrats continue to rape our bank accounts and our posterity for their personal
power and gain. Our congressional representatives are inept, because we are.....!
Study : Hosea 4:6,.... Closely....
Is there another option besides, perpetuating the wasteful fraud ; which, we were tricked
into by greedy bureaucrats? Yes! Stop perpetuating it! Why won't we learn the lessons
from the failure of Communism in the U.S.S.R.? Has that same Communism
moved here and Corrupted our land our Courts and our Politicians ? Get the
government out of: Real Churches, Health-care and Welfare, and let private enterprise,
capitalism, and Charity meet the demand. Let taxpayers keep their own money and save
it or spend it as they see fit.
If they want to put their savings into a Godless government bureaucracy in
hopes the promises of Medicare and Social Security will be fulfilled, let them. But, if
they'd rather put their earnings in proven, supervised, trustworthy, competitive accounts or
investments, or spend the money on less expensive health-care insurance policies that
provide better benefits, they should be free to do so. My God Help us, and Let us regain
our freedoms !.... Some proponents of the socialist system are concerned that free
Americans wouldn't take care of themselves, or of each other. What if Americans don't
take the money saved by disbanding the wasteful bureaucracies and invest it or save it for
their retirement? What if Americans don't take care of the poor through voluntary Charity?
But if we want to forcibly deprive Americans of their wealth - upon pain of fine, prison, or
property confiscation - to suckle the poor and care for the elderly through bureaucratic
programs, shouldn't we at least take notice that the teats are drying up? While the
opportunity to fail is the price of liberty, I'm convinced that most Americans will taking
care of themselves and each other, and with much better stewardship and
accountability than the present socialistic bureaucracy.
Privatizing the duties of these bureaucracies can help restore our freedom over our own
health and future, and is compatible with better stewardship over our resources.
We are fools, if we continue to trust big government, with its grandiose, impractical
promises, to care for us from the cradle to an early grave. We are also cruel to our
children. Imagine, if you will, how the public will respond, if and when the government
admits that they cannot afford to keep their promises without drastically raising taxes or
drastically lowering the quality of benefits? Do you think that the public is just going to let
it die and return to an economic system of caring for the elderly that we had before Social
Security and Medicare, when charity and families cared for their elderly and infirmed?
With our aging population, and with our learned reliance upon the government to fix
whatever ails us, you know what's going to happen.
We'll vote for more : Socialistic-Communism!!!
We'll vote for more government control over our lives.
We'll vote for a government which will confiscate all of our wealth and redistribute it in
order to keeps its promises, "to some of The Elite".
When a democracy leaves the principles of liberty and abandons its Contracted
Constitutional limitations, as ours has, 51% will, sooner or later, exploit the other 49%.
Our children will wind up enslaved for our carelessness.
Isms such as, Socialism, Communism, and tyranny-isms do not come suddenly
They come one lying politician, one covetous voter, one sin at a time.
We must return to the principles of liberty, as found in the Bible, and in our Constitution, or
we will not long be free, we will loose all of our God given Rights .

A condensed version of this article was placed as letters to the editor in the Zanesville Times Recorder and the Coshocton Tribune on December 30, 2007. These are the primary newspapers within the district in which I am running for State Representative. Although I titled these articles, "Fixing Social Security and Medicare," they instead decided to WRONGLY title it :
"Candidate wishes to end social security and medicare."
The newspaper editors were in error - I do not want to end Social Security or Medicare.
I want to privatize it. It is inevitable that it is ending on its own, heading for a cliff of economic bankruptcy. I want to fix the problem before millions of Americans are let down by the failures of these bureaucracies. I want to expose the lie that the "Trust Fund" will keep us afloat.
I want to end government mismanagement of our money and promote the return to Our Constitutional Principles of liberty-particularly our God-Given Rights to our own Wealth and Property-as a remedy for this, (Contrived-Abusive+Failed), government.

I would add a few more considerations :
The insurance industry was generally created by crude racketeers; who have become
skilled and sly at manipulating, and controlling the truth to everyone....
You just can't really build huge Sky-Scrapers with your name atop'em and be honest or fair
with all your clients.... You can bet many got nothing for their money... ???
Natural born Americans who have paid into the tax system should not be required to pay
any spend-downs or deductibles for necessary care or Rx meds...
Making the disabled or retired do so is, disrespectful, an insult and just plain wrong....
The insurance cartels have exercised excessive manipulation of Medicare, Medicaid,
HMO's , etc.... They have amassed huge fortunes; while using patients, Doctors, and some
hospitals they don't own, as the "Fall guys",.... Their Manipulations via: PPO's is little more
than their way of turning the Medical Profession into nothing more than highly educated
worker bees ; which they can starve out any time they wish for any reason and or no valid
reason other than, they just don't want to pay,em... Then as the professional skills
improve the insurance companies generally want to pay less and less and they convince
Medicare,.... to do the same.... then the medical professionals begin to ask?
Where is the incentive, to be creative, to develop EXPENSIVE ADVANCED SKILLS,
which require extensive time sacrificed and money to acquire?
Bureaucratic Processes, often back-fire and take their tool on humans and resources !!!
They encourage mediocre care, mediocre efforts, mediocre morale, and you may get
mediocre results. Insurance Company's HMOs have frequently prevailed, on medicare....
to pay far-less than required; to service the number of patients allocated in the
population,.... "First Come First Served" .... Sounds Good ; but, if you come when the
supply runs out ; You could suffer, no matter how bad you need the services or
supply,.....!!!! You may call your HMO's phone # , and if God chooses to help you; you
might live long enough to listen to their entire lengthy recorded message which refers
you to another Phone # , or tells you to call them back during normal business hours
next week or after the holidays, and then you'll probably get a lengthy recorded message
that refers you to another lengthy recorded message; that message may tell you that due
to large calling volumes you may be responded to, in the order you called; if, you can
remain on the line for an undisclosed length of time or simply call back next week or next
month or next year....?
This could become a reality for you, if too many professionals leave the area your in or
the HMO "Drys-UP" for any reason or no good reason !!!
Since Our "Paper-Money" is primarily backed by the barrel of government supplied
guns,... and its true value, is in its extensive ART-WORK; Its Real True Value !!!!
Our Government just needs to build Bigger, Faster, Printers for Our Government Mints;
Not just Palatial Buildings for: SS Administration, etc, for mass psychological appearance
sake... Our governmental leaders should have the justice in them to tell those Lands our
Troops occupy ; Justly so, we are now their new Land-Lords, and they are going to pay us
dearly for the American lives we have invested or lost; because of our involvement with
them. Americans and The ABUSED American-Tax-Payers are not supposed to be
SUCKERS !!! We are not masochists, and we DEMAND Value for our efforts , and
irreplaceable losses!!! Every American Should DEMAND REPARATIONS,....
Especially, those who have lost loved ones, suffered any injury, lose, or Taxation due to
involvement... ALL of the offenders assets should become ours, too : ( Compensate our
involvement )... In the middle east, for example all of their Petroleum, should be ours and
we should only sell to them what they need for some controlled industries, hospitals,
transportation and domestic uses,.... Our Gas Prices should not even be $2.oo/gal , or, oil
$40.oo/Barrel... The Banksters have long-been International Liars !!! Tell'em fess-up !!!
Military Munitions and Weapons should not Cost Tax-Payers Trillions !!!
Tell the manufacturers we are going to do to them what we did to Doctors, Patients &
Hospitals,... We are just going to Pay'em Pennies on the Dollar from now on, and "You're

they'll find their administrative staff on the front lines of the conflict along with the Executive
