On this 4^th day of January in the year of our Lord, 2011.

We the people of these United States of America do hereby make such  a  Declaration  of  Reclamation. 

The intent of such is to reclaim that which has been stolen from us, at a time when we, as a people forsook the call of eternal  vigilance , and were thus found to be in such a state of slumber.  We have awakened.!

We have witnessed treason at the highest levels of government.  In 1973, January 22^nd of that year, we witnessed a court that was supreme only in its rebellion and treason against our Creator God, declared themselves to be god and through lies and deceit made what God declared unlawful, the shedding of innocent blood  legal by license.

The sewers of America run red with the Blood of the innocent who were murdered in the Bloody Slaughterhouses called Abortion Mills. Their Blood Cries Out to all mighty God to bear witness against America for allowing such an assault against the sanctity of human life.

We recognize those that support such abominations as abortion, and all other unclean acts of a sinful nature, as enemies against God  and  country.

We, therefore can no longer recognize the legitimacy or authority of any governing body that has violated God’s laws, the laws of nature, the Constitution of the United States of  America  and  The Declaration  of  Independence.

We will no longer submit to such tyranny against our  lives, our  liberty, our  prosperity  or  our  fortunes….

To force a free people to pay for such unclean acts of defiance against their God and each other by extracting and sucking their life’s blood  by abusive taxes,  forcing them to pay for the abominable and repulsive acts of others, is treason at its utmost.

Let it therefore be known, that henceforth, we the American people with all due diligence hold those accountable, that would  betray the will of the American people and dishonor their God and  their faith in Him.

We hereby demand the repeal of  “The Anti-First-Amendment Hate Crimes Bill“, “Obama Care” and his Death Panel . 

We hereby demand the reinstatement of  “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell“….. for the military….

We therefore demand that all funding of abortion and all forms of deviant lifestyles, cease.

We demand that the hateful demonizing assault on Christ and His Church, in the military and government, cease.

We uncompromisingly hold diligently to the truth, the Holy Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation,  proclaim that resistance to tyranny is obedience to God.

Let it be therefore known, that we who consider ourselves to be true Americans, are willing to die defending our liberties and freedoms.

It would be a dire mistake for those who wish to impose their will and such  on religious and  patriotic people, to take this Declaration lightly.

The Tree of Liberty must be refreshed from Time to Time with the blood  of  patriots and  tyrants ….

Dr. Greg J. Dixon - Pastor Emeritus

For 41 years Dr. Dixon was pastor of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple.  
A graduate of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO in 1953, Dr. Dixon served as 2nd V.P. of the Baptist Bible Fellowship International and was the National Secretary of the Moral Majority founded by Dr. Jerry Falwell. He was also one of the first preachers in the nation to conduct a T.V. program and later expanded it to all fifty states and world wide cable networks. Dr. Dixon is the Editor of  The Trumpet Newsletter,  the voice of  The Unregistered Baptist Fellowship, which he founded along with other like minded pastors. He has also served as National Director of the Biblical Law Center which aides churches in claiming their 1st Amendment rights since 2004. He has been a guest on numerous nation wide TV and radio shows including the Today Show, The Jerry Springer Show and The Sally Jessie Rafael Show. He has been a guest columnist for U.S.A Today on several occasions.
Dr. Dixon has received five honorary doctorates including his alma mater and Bob Jones University of Greenville, S.C. He resigned from the active pastorate of the Baptist Temple in 1996 when his son Rev. Greg A. Dixon continued on as Senior Pastor after serving for many years as CO-Pastor.  Dr. Dixon, who is Pastor Emeritus, re-energized, spends his time traveling in the work of the Law Center and writing. His columns may be read regularly at Freedom's Phoenix, a popular on-line conservative publication.

John McTernan, founder of Defend and Proclaim the Faith ministries, has spent thousands of hours with Jews and Muslims debating and corresponding in defense of the Gospel. During numerous appearances on television, radio and in seminars, he has publicly defended Israel in light of Biblical prophecy. On Feb. 19, 2006 he had a debate with Rabbi Tovia Singer one of the leading Counter-Missionaries in the world today. The debate is available in book and DVD format.
