Regarding the filed PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES filed Wed 10-9-2013 RE: CASES CRB 00578 & 00477 and

Verbal Discussions shortly there after with The Mayor of South Russell, Ohio, and his administrative Aid ;

They agreed to Provide Copies of their Sworn Certified Oaths of Office,

( Showing Their Promises To Honor allegiances To The US & Ohio Constitutions and Copies of Their Bonding Liability Insurance Policies & Provide Copies of ALL Their ATTACHABLE ASSETS in DETAIL ..... )

regarding themselves along with Michael Kramer , Dennis M. Coyne, J.D. and the Community of South Russell, Ohio.....

To Date They Have Not Complied.... 

It is unacceptable for them to think and act as though they can act in disregard to

( The 1st amendments of The US Constitution & similar sections of The Ohio Constitution ) &,

( Then Try to Claim Bogus Charges....!!!  )
You Provided Yours without any Hesitation ; Why should they be Allow to ignore Their Legal & Public Disclosure ???

As my PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES states and Demands They should be removed from office ; which they are not worthy of ....

They are not acting in Good Faith , as Honorable officials are expected to Act...

They Should be legally removed or they must be voted out of office in disgrace ....
