Coyne, J.D. and the Community of South Russell, Ohio..... To Date They Have Not Complied....  It is unacceptable for them to think and act as though they can act in disregard to ( The 1st amendments of The US Constitution & similar sections of The Ohio Constitution ) &, ( Then Try to Claim Bogus Charges....!!!  ) You Provided Yours without any Hesitation ; Why should they be Allow to ignore Their Legal & Public Disclosure ??? As my PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES states and Demands They should be removed from office ; which they are not worthy of .... They are not acting in Good Faith , as Honorable officials are expected to Act... They Should be legally removed or they must be voted out of office in disgrace ....
